Returns and Exchanges Policy
Articles must be unworn, unused, and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.
You may use any postal service at your own risk, Pam Touch cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase.
Pam Touch reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
You have 20 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s).
